We would strongly encourage ALL patients to download the NHS APP to book appointments and request medication online, this is the single most helpful thing that patients can do to support their NHS GP. It will save time for frontline reception so we can answer calls and deal with queries more quickly.

PLEASE BE AWARE, we are no longer accepting patients who live outside our Upminster catchment area. Letters are being sent out to out of area patients advising them of next steps.

PATIENTS- If you fail to attend 3 appointments (and do not cancel in advance), you will be asked to find another GP. Please remember to cancel appointments you no longer need. We lose over 100 appointments a month due to failed attendances.

We are small, friendly GP Surgery that aims to deliver the highest standard of medical care in a personal and compassionate way. 

We are offering face to face appointments as we have done throughout the pandemic. We also offer later appointments for commuters.

Online Access

We would strongly encourage ALL patients to download the NHS APP. The NHS app allows you to book appointments, order medication and access your COVID 19 passport online. It can be accessed through a desktop/PC as well.

Evening and weekend appointments are available with GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Nurses at Haiderian Medical Centre, RM14 2YN and Rosewood Medical Centre, RM12 5NJ.  To book an appointment please click on the links below.

If you need an urgent appointment contact the practice during opening hours between Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm on 01708 225161 or fill out a form on our website. When the practice is closed, please ring NHS 111 or use NHS 111 online and they can help you with booking an urgent GP appointment.

PHARMACY FIRST SERVICE.  Patients suffering with any of these conditions can be treated with an appropriate antibiotic/antiviral medicine at participating community pharmacies. 

Acute Otitis Media* 1 to 17 years
Impetigo 1 year and over
Infected insect bites 1 year and over
Shingles 18 years and over
Sinusitis 12 years and over
Sore throat 5 years and over
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections Women 16-64 years
